More than any other single
artist, Britney Spears was the driving force behind the return of teen
pop in the late '90s. From the outset, Spears' sex appeal was an
important part of her image; the video for her debut single, "...Baby
One More Time," outfitted her in full Catholic-school regalia, and
sent her well on the way to becoming an international sex symbol. She
might claim she's not yet a woman, but apparently Britney's one hell
of a kisser, creating the smooch heard around the world when she
kissed Madonna during the MTV Movie Awards. Britney has taken a break
from the spotlight since getting married and giving birth to a son in
2005. |

Here's what you need
to get Britney alluring looks: |
|
|
Hair
Skin
-
Apply matte
foundation in
Dune
to the entire face with a dry sponge. Follow by brushing on
translucent powder only under the eyes and down the center of
the face.
-
Using a large, fluffy
Chisel Angle
blush brush, gently apply a small amount of powdered blush to
the cheekbones in an upward, sweeping motion.
Eyes
-
Apply black eyeliner
in
Raven
around the entire eye. Underneath, from the middle to the end of
the lower lid, use the sponge applicator on the opposite end to
diffuse the eyeliner, so it appears slightly thicker.
-
To accentuate brows,
apply a rich brown brow pencil, such as Brunette
Brow Wow
to the eyebrow in short strokes. Make sure the color is well
blended so the brows look natural.
-
Using a
Chisel Double
Angle
shading brush, apply a cream shimmer shadow all over the eyelid.
Use a
Crease
brush to apply the middle shade to the lid, starting at the lash
line and working into the crease. As a final touch, apply the
darkest shade, a suede brown shadow very lightly to the crease
only and blend well.
-
Curl
eyelashes. Apply several coats of
frosted black
mascara
to top and bottom lashes.
Lips
-
Outline the lips
using an indelible lip liner in
Touch.
This amazing liner sets in 10 seconds for a smudge-fee, feather
resistant & waterproof line. Make sure to seal in the outer
corners of the mouth with the pencil. This gives the lips extra
definition and depth. Blend the liner up and into the lip to
erase any signs of a definite line. On top of that, apply
Smooch,
a pink-hued coral plump & polish gloss.
