Federline was leaving a Malibu liquor store where he bought cigarettes. As he left, he scoffed at the photogs who wanted to know if his marriage was coming to an end.
Spears made it official on David Letterman earlier this week that she and K-Fed are expecting baby number two.

digitalspy.co.uk: Britney Spears has revealed that she has no intention of quitting the music industry to be a housewife and mother.
The singer, 24, said that her baby is her top priority but her happiness has a positive effect on her child.
She told The Sun: "At one point I was thinking of being a home mom, but when my son sees me dance he lights up. Then I know what I'm supposed to be doing - if mom's happy, baby's happy!"
Spears also reaffirmed her love for performing. She declared: "I genuinely love to sing and dance. When I get in a creative mood, I can't shut up. It's the craziest thing."
The Me Against The Music star also divulged her latest career plans. Spears stated: "I've been meeting with different people to work on the album and looking at different movie scripts."

So serious, according to one report, that she’s met with her family and lawyer — but not hubby Kevin Federline — and the topic of divorce came up.
“Brit’s been very unhappy, and I think she needs to find some peace,” a source told Life & Style Weekly. “Once the Spears family gets its game plan together, the idea is to spring a divorce on Kev without warning.”
Spears’ rep denies that there are problems with the marriage, but an insider told the mag that Spears was so angry with her partying hubby that she threw out all his liquor.
“She’s not going to let him make her feel like a guest in her own home anymore,” the insider said. “The new rules include no smoking or drinking, since secondhand smoke is bad for the kids.”
