Miss Spears who's also recording her comeback album this spring is gearing up to re-establish her career.
She thinks that revealing all to top mag, Vanity Fair will help her along the way.
Brit told my mole: "I think they did a great job with Jennifer Aniston and all I want is a fair hearing - I owe that to my fans."
But Brit has shelved ideas to write a pictorial book of her life to date - Why? Well, just who owns the Brit and Kev wedding pictures has yet to be decided - I'll keep you posted.

Britney Spears continues her whirlwind tour of NYC hot spots this week, and, as usual, her every move is being scrutinized. THE NEW YORK POST's PAGE SIX reports that on Tuesday she did some shopping at Madison Avenue department store Zitmor, dined with friends at Rue 57, club-hopped at trendy Marquee and Tenjune, and ended the night at McDonald's (the hottest of hot spots!). While one unnamed witness claims that she was "partying like a college girl" and another says that she was "completely hammered" by the time she arrived at Tenjune at 2:30 A.M., all PAGE 6 "spies" say that she repeatedly asked for all alcohol to be kept away from her. A Rep for Tenjune reportedly said, "Britney was here, but she was not drinking." A rep for Spears told PAGE SIX , "Britney was at Marquee with friends." Marquee had no comment.

The Pet Shop Boys have denied rumours that they're working with flashing popstar Britney Spears on her new album.
Back in January one of those "sources" claimed that Britney "heard the remixes they (the Pet Shop Boys) did for Madonna and was blown away. She hopes they can weave some of their magic on her tracks too."
Alas, the electro poppers have tersely pooh-poohed the rumours with a post on their website under the title "Setting the record straight" that links to the original story with the words "Click on the link for a story that isn't true."

Ne-Yo is writing material for the new Britney Spears album and Whitney Houston's comeback, he has confirmed.
The US star, who is expected to release his own new record later this year, is also in discussions with both Spears and Houston.
However, he has been asked not to consider addressing the break-up of Britney's marriage with Kevin Federline in the tracks.
"I've been working close with her A&R people. They talk to her every day and are basically coming to me with information as far as songs she's looking for", he explained.
"One thing they told me was, 'No more songs about Kevin. She's got a 12-CD disc changer full of songs about Kevin. She don't need no more of those'", Ne-Yo told MTV.
Speaking about Britney's hopes of reclaiming her pop crown, he said: "It's come along nicely, I did about five or six for her so far. I don't know what she's going to keep, but it's coming along nicely.
"If I had to make a prediction, judging not just the stuff I've done, but the stuff I've heard she's done with other people, I think she's got a shot to come back. I really do."

A majority of Americans, 77 percent, say celebrities like Britney Spears and Paris Hilton have too much influence over young girls, a new poll found.
However, Newsweek magazine says in its current cover story, "The Girls Gone Wild Effect," overexposure to the sexy young celebrities may not be doing girls any harm. The Guttmacher Institute, a non-profit organization that specializes in sexual and reproductive health issues, reports that the average age for first sex among American girls is 17 -- about the same as it's been for 20 years, Newsweek reports.
The teenage pregnancy rate has dropped since 1990, as have the rates for drinking, smoking and drug use among teenage girls, Newsweek said, citing data from the University of Michigan.
Some girls want to emulate Spears' fashion sense -- but only up to a point, apparently. Suburban Chicago fifth-grade teacher Michelle Freitag told Newsweek her students "can't understand why Britney would wear no underwear."

A gum-smacking Britney Spears showed off her new brunette coif at Baby Phat's fashion show Friday night in New York. The 25 year-old singer showed up to the show in a lingerie-like black slip dress with several friends and body guards. But new boyfriend Isaac Cohen was nowhere to be seen.
"Britney seemed to enjoy herself," an attendee tells Usmagazine.com. "Except for some annoying girl that kept snapping pictures of her."

Britney Spears doesn't miss being married.
When asked by PEOPLE in New York on Friday how she likes being single, the pop star, who filed for divorce from Kevin Federline on Nov. 7, said: "It's awesome."
Spears grabbed the spotlight Friday while at the fashion show for Baby Phat by Kimora Lee Simmons and KLS Collection Fall 2007, which was held at the Roseland Ballroom in conjunction with Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week.
Wearing a slinky black spaghetti-strapped dress and black peek-a-boo pumps, Spears posed for photographers upon her arrival, and was escorted to her front-row seat just moments before the show started.
As the models strutted on an elevated stage wearing sexy tweed outfits, double-breasted winter coats and big fur hats for the show entitled "From Russia with Love," Spears chatted at times with her assistant. She applauded with the rest of the crowd when model Alek Wek flaunted a colorful halter dress that dragged on the floor in the back but was a mini-dress in the front. "Oh my god," said Spears.
After the show, Spears told PEOPLE of the collection: "It was amazing."
Kimora Lee Simmons, who was backstage after the show, said of Spears: "Sometimes she gets a hard rap...[But] she is a very talented girl."

Britney Spears has been making late-night phone calls to K-Fed in hope of a reconciliation, so say several of Kevin's close peeps. They tell TMZ that Britney's relationship with Isaac Cohen is a ruse to make Kevin jealous.
But other sources -- frankly, the ones that ring true for TMZ -- say Britney is so over him. They tell us that Brit and the Fed have very little contact, and when they do communicate, it's about their two kids.
By the way, according to these sources, the reports that Britney will ante up $25 mil to K-Fed to end their marriage are ridiculous. One connected source says the $25 million figure is grossly inflated, "by 25 times." In other words, the bad news is that K-Fed will be a millionaire. The good news -- just barely.

Britney Spears is collaborating with a top R'n'B producer on her new album.
The 'Toxic' singer has been in Las Vegas since Tuesday (30.01.07) working with Lukasz Gottwald, who has previously collaborated with Missy Elliot, Mos Def and Kelis.
A source told People magazine: "Britney is really pulling out the big guns on this album. She's been partying a lot lately but she's been working in studios in Miami and Los Angeles too.
"She's rehearsing material, working hard and having fun all at the same time."
The 25-year-old is staying in the Hugh Hefner Sky Villa of the Palm's hotel Fantasy Tower with her two sons, 16-month-old Sean Preston and four-month-old Jayden James.
Britney recently spent the night with model Isaac Cohen in the same $25,000 suite, which comes complete with Jacuzzi, rotating bed and Infiniti pool.

Britney Spears became an easy target for paparazzi during a drive from her home in Malibu, California to Las Vegas on Wednesday night (31JAN07) when she stopped at almost every garage enroute. The pop star was actually glad to have cameramen on the road with her - they helped fill her car up with fuel and even fetched Spears restroom keys so she could take a toilet break - at three separate garage stops. Bracing herself against chilly desert winds, Spears, wearing a sheer blouse and jeans seemed grateful for the help. One snapper let the frozen singer borrow his jacket for one toilet trip and another banged on a restroom door to make sure the pop star wouldn't be interrupting anyone. Spears drove to Vegas to work on her next album in a recording studio at the Palms Casino Resort.

Latest: Britney Spears and Kevin Federline have extended their child custody agreement after agreeing a schedule for visits with their sons. Federline's attorney, Mark Vicent Kaplan, confirms custody terms his client and Spears agreed upon at the beginning of last month (JAN07) will continue. Spears has agreed to let her estranged husband have physical custody of the boys every Monday, Wednesday and Friday afternoon at her home. Under the arrangement, the pop star will be allowed to be present for her husband's playtime with his kids - but she won't be able to prevent him from seeing the boys, aged one and four months. in touch with her family's friends.
The 'Toxic' singer, who filed for divorce from Kevin in November, can't
believe he is still spending time with her friends, including her brother
Brian's roommate.
A source told the New York Post newspaper: "He is still really good friends
with Brian's roommate. Brian isn't the biggest fan of Kevin."
The 28-year-old aspiring rapper partied with Brian's friends and his
roommate at Los Angeles nightclub Butter on Monday (01.29.07).
However Kevin showed some respect to his estranged wife by continuing the
party at a hotel, rather than going back to his brother-in-law's home.
Kevin's representative Marilyn Lopez confirmed he did spend the evening with
Brian's friends.
Britney and Kevin are both seeking sole custody of their two sons,
